ANNUAL DUES
Our Hurricane Creek Neighborhood Annual Dues are used to keep our neighborhood clean and safe.
They are also used to keep everyone up to date with events that occur and changes that takes place with the Hurricane Creek Neighborhood.
As a Hurricane Creek Home Owner, paying the annual dues is very much apprecated!

How Dues Are Used

Payment of the new entrance sign that lights the way

Insurance to cover protect against any unforeseen damage to the entrance sign.

Supplies to ensure everyone in the neighborhood is connected, whether by more traditional ways or electronic ways.

Allow the welcoming committee to welcome in new homeowners and families.

Needed supplies for neighborhood events where everyone can get together to build a stronger community

Safety signs to allow everyone to be safe during times of needed maintenance

Continuous development of our newsletter and website to keep the community involved and active
