Welcome to the Hurricane Creek Neighborhood! Every new resident needs access to water, electricity, gas, garbage, and Internet services. 

Below are the utility services Hurricane Creek residents use

BEFORE YOU DIG

Whether you are digging to add on to your house, or digging to plant new grass or flowers, always call 811 before you dig!

The City of Chattanooga will come out to your property within 72 hours to locate all water, gas, electric, and internet lines in the ground.

If you DO NOT call 811 before you dig, you will be fined thousands of dollars for any damages done.

NOTE: Call 811, then press #1 to speak to a live person. 

POISON HELP

If anyone in your family comes in contact with any sort of chemical, call 1-800-222-1222 IMMEDIATELY!

PoisonHelp.org provides FREE Medical Help (provided by the State of TN).

Whether you get bitten by a snake, experience an allergic reaction, inhale or come in contact with a chemical, Poison Help will assist you with any medical advice you need.

NOTE: Call 1-800-222-1222, then press #2 to speak to a live person. 

EMERGENCY
911

For "ALL EMERGENCY CALLS", whether it be Fire, Ambulance, or Police related, always call 911. 

For all other "NON-Emergency Calls", such as a cat in the tree, neighbors speeding, or a need for medical transportation, call the Chattanooga Dispatching service at 423-622-7777. The dispatcher will connect you with the right department to meet your needs.

The dispatch number 423-622-7777 applies to all residents of the Hurricane Creek Neighborhood, whether you live in the City or the County.
